Return & Refund Policy

Sealed food products cannot be returned once accepted, in the interest of food safety. If a product is received in damaged condition or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and, where the claim is verified, either replace the product or refund the paid amount to the original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds for cancelled orders (before despatch) are processed within 5 business days.
